What’s happening at the farmer’s market?
Super Saturday, November 23rd
Vivian Howard and Leraine Howard Tolston share their cooking talents with us. They are so popular and always draw a crowd. We really appreciate their interest in our vendors and our market. Come down to thank them in person!
More on Saturday, November 23rd
Donna McGee, our wreath lady from the last 9 years, will be available to take your orders for your holiday wreaths, especially designed for you. Donna goes to the NC mountains to gather her greenery and makes the wreaths according to your specifications . She will then deliver your wreath, probably on December 7, so all you have to do is place it where you want it! It doesn't get any easier than that, now does it?
Super Saturday is beginning to shape up into a really exciting day of culinary delights, plus we will hav several special vendors who will add will diversity and spirits(yes, spriits)to our usual Saturday market. Stay tuned as this day takes shape! Make your plans to come down to enjoy a very special day on Herritage Street!
Calling all local artists
Any local artists who are interested in exhibiting and selling on this day should email Pat at pljenki3@ncsu.edu. We will have the usual tent set up for you, but we'd like to know who plans to show up!
This is a great day for people to do some holiday shopping.
