Not only do the Smiths have these wonderful cooked, frozen collards, they have a wide variety of canned and pickled items. These make great holiday gifts, bridge prizes, hostess gifts or bunko prizes.

Our pork skin man, Rodney Jarman, has expanded his menu to include the most delicious funnel cakes
you have ever tasted. Get in line to get yours, cooked right on the spot ! Thank goodness Rodney is a neat nut who takes pride in the appearance of the market. Here he is shown cutting the grass around his section and in addition he blew the trash from the entire market place. Many thanks to you, Rodney.
