Letter of Intent Now Open for Lenoir/Greene United Way

Kinston, N.C. – Lenoir/Greene United Way invites interested nonprofit organizations to submit a letter of intent to request funding for the 2024 application cycle.  Applicants must meet the following guidelines to pursue funding:

  • 501c3 nonprofit organization

  • Agency in good standing

  • Meets at least (1) community impact area of Education, Health or Financial Sustainability

  • Fully complies with required documentation and grant reporting from Lenoir/Greene United Way

  • Ability to provide measurable goals and outcomes on service population

A completed letter of intent DOES NOT guarantee invitation to apply for funding but is required for all organizations seeking funding.

Please visit our website at www.lenoirgreeneunitedway.org beginning Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 8:00 a.m.  Click “2024 Impact” tab, then click “Partner Agency Application.”  All agencies must submit their letter of intent by a closing date of September 29, 2023.

Lenoir/Greene United Way is focused on supporting programs that deliver meaningful impact to the communities we serve.  Each applicant will need to demonstrate how their funded program will accomplish this.
