Trenton, NC – Backroads Smokehouse BBQ, a family-owned eatery known for its Texas and St. Louis-style barbecue, has expanded its reach with a new location in Trenton. The restaurant, which opened its doors at 4052 Pleasant Hill Road in Pink Hill in May, offers a menu featuring smoked brisket, pulled pork, ribs, oxtails, dino ribs, chicken, and sausage.

State Representative Chris Humphrey took to social media to share his thoughts on the new location.

“You got to try Backroads Smokehouse BBQ in Pleasant Hill and Trenton!” said Humphrey. “The food and fellowship was amazing.”

Customers can enjoy combo platters, appetizers, salads, and sandwiches, all complemented by homemade barbecue sauces and rubs. The Trenton location is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 or 9 p.m., and Sunday from 12 to 5 p.m.
