KPD arrests man wanted for federal probation violations during stop

On September 13, 2024, KPD officers conducted a traffic stop with Rico Davis (30 of Lenoir County). Officers discovered Davis was wanted for Federal Probation Violations. Officers took Davis in custody without incident. Davis was placed in the LC Jail without bond.
