This is an update for Lonneil Cordarius Mason, 34, who allegedly shot into three Amazon vans and then drove the wrong way on N.C. 11, causing a head-on collision that injured two women.

After being listed in critical condition by ECU Health Medical Center upon his arrival at the Greenville hospital, Mason was released from the medical center to the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday. He was charged with the following:

• Three counts of attempted first degree murder

• Three counts of shooting into occupied property

• Possession of a firearm by a felon

• Possession with intent to sell or deliver Schedule I controlled substance

After appearing before a district court judge, Mason is being held in Lenoir County Jail under no bond due to the violent charges brought against him.
