Among them is Uvonda Willis, an administrator at Greene County Schools. She started a club called Ram L.E.G.A.C.Y. (Ladies Empowered to Grow and Change Through You), which focused on helping each participant find their own legacy in life and inspire others to do the same.

LCC's to hold Disaster Management Day

Lenoir Community College will be hosting a Disaster Management Day on Wednesday, March 29, as an opportunity for students in the Associate Degree Nursing, Practical Nursing, Surgical Technology, Radiography, Medical Assisting and EMS programs to practice their scopes of practice as they would during a mass casualty event.
