Operations Technician- House of Hope for Men

Job Details:

Full-time and part-time Monday-Friday, 8-4 PM

Overnights and weekends are required when needed

(Part-time positions for nights and weekends are available as well)

Job Summary:

The operations technician position oversees adult men who are in recovery and living in a residential program / transitional housing.

The person in this position must be capable of functioning independently with minimum supervision. You will help maintain and promote a safe & clean environment for the residents.

Essential Job Functions:

Supervisory presence in 24hr men’s transitional house

Ensure policies and procedures are upheld

Qualifications:

Age: 21 or over

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Valid NC driver’s license required with no DWI in past 5 years

Must be flexible with work schedule required

Experience in a community residential setting preferred

Life experience in recovery with 5 or more years clean preferred

Excellent Communication Skills

Ability to supervise residents
