The Greene County School Board met on September 28, 2021, at the Greene County Tech Center. The public comment section outlined the lack of sports at Greene Early College and parents' concerns with the current mask mandate. Before public comments started the Chairman, Patricia Adams asked if everyone could keep their comments/statements to three minutes.
On Tuesday afternoon Dr. Patrick Miller gave a brief update on Greene County Schools. In this video, he discusses remote feeding sites and the use of buses beginning Thursday. He also noted that 80% of families picked up packets for students, and how they're reaching the other 20%.
Teachers selected the students based on the following criteria: leadership, citizenship, academic success and innovation.
