The property’s street address is 500 Marcella Drive Kinston, NC 28501. The offer to purchase is in the amount of One Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Dollars ($188,000.00). Notice is hereby given that prior to October 19, 2023, at 4:00 PM, any person may raise the bid by not less than ten percent (10%) of the first one thousand dollars ($1,000) and five percent (5%) of the remainder ($187,000).

Armed Robbery at First National Bank in Kinston, Suspect Identified
On Tuesday, October 17th, 2023, at approximately 10:00 a.m., members of the Kinston Police Department responded to First National Bank located at 1101 W. Vernon Ave. Kinston in reference to a robbery. Upon arrival, officers met with the victims, who advised that an unknown white male entered the bank and demanded money. The suspect was believed to be armed and fled on foot after receiving cash from the teller.
