I need your help in trying to make rational sense of the Democratic agenda. I’ve been asking the same questions for over two years, asking for someone on the Democratic side to come to my rescue. All I’m asking is for someone to give me a reasonable explanation as to why the present administration is being allowed to drive our beloved country into the ground, into total chaos.
Earlier this week, I received a handwritten letter from Senator John Kennedy regarding the unstable conditions of our country, which was highly critical of the Biden administration. Here's how it started out:
I am of the opinion that many of us patriotic Americans are not fully aware of how the left is moving to kick God out of our country.
Many have voted early, but there will be others who choose to vote on election day. I would like to leave you with a few thoughts to consider as you go to the polls this Tuesday.
It’s so obvious that something is wrong! Things are definitely not like they used to be. It wasn’t so long ago that we all felt reasonably safe to go out on our streets. Now in some of our major cities, everybody is afraid, especially at night. We are all concerned with human smugglers, sex traffickers and dangerous drugs.
“Faith is more powerful than government and nothing is more powerful than God.” That sounds like a statement that could have been made by President George Washington or President Abraham Lincoln–or one of our founding fathers, for it epitomizes the very foundation and strength of America! That’s why one of our most cherished slogans is “In God we trust.”
As a registered “unaffiliated” voter, I’ve tried to be opened minded about my voting priorities. I readily admit that I tend to be on the conservative side on most political issues. The basic reason being that in my opinion it was the conservative, common sense forward thinking of our founding fathers that formed the background for making us the greatest country the world has ever known.
In light of the recent Supreme Court reversal of Roe v Wade, I have a message for three individuals:

With just a little insight and self-examination, we can see how we have gone adrift and are headed for a potentially fatal collision. In one sense we have already run into some “icebergs” that have damaged us to the point of causing not just a few leaks, but almost more than we can handle.
A few days ago, my wife went to the post office to pick up some Christmas stamps. Much to her surprise and dismay, the postal man said there were no Christmas stamps available this year, to which my wife retorted, “You mean you don’t have any Christmas stamps showing Mary and the baby Jesus! Nothing about the traditional manger scene or the wise men coming from afar to worship the newborn Savior of the world?”
Recently I heard a conversation between a talk show host and his guest. In discussing the present run-away inflation and the many failed policies of the present administration, the guest observed that, “I can’t think of anything positive about the Biden administration. It’s all going in the wrong direction. Even those who hate Trump must admit that at least we had a lot of good things going our way.”
I’m extremely concerned for our country! I’m concerned about the cataclysmic direction in which our weak, misinformed administration is leading us. In my opinion we are headed straight toward socialism and Marxism -- and that is a proven recipe for a failed society and disaster!
It was Franklin Roosevelt who said that December 7, 1941 is a day that will “live in infamy.” May I suggest that July 4, 1776 as a day that will “live in celebration” in the hearts and minds of all freedom loving people.
Folks, our nation as we have known it since our founding some 244 years ago is at a cross roads that we have never seen before. As I mentioned to our church congregation this past Sunday, this is the most important election in the history of our country. Let me tell you why – at least in this one man’s opinion.
